Is there a fee to pay my invoice online?

Answer:

Yes, there is a fee to pay invoices online using MyCareConnect. This fee depends on the childcare Agency or School that you are connected with:

• If the childcare Agency or School you're connected with opted to pay the fees for you, there is no additional fee to pay online.
• If the childcare Agency or School you're connected with does not opt to pay the fees for you, there is a small fee to pay online. 

**This is for payment fees when paying an invoice online, this is not the "Family Fee" that might be charged to some families that are in a Subsidy Program. Family fees may show up as an invoice, but also may be billed directly from a provider or stripe invoice sent to your email.**

To check if there is a fee to pay online:

Select the connection you want to view the fee by selecting that connection's billing. You will then be redirected to the billing page.

To view your payment method:

You may pay online using 2 methods: using a credit/debit card or using your bank account. All your connected childcare agencies or schools will be listed on this page and the transaction fee information for each connection and payment method.
