Access CareConnect Provider mobile app (iOS and Android) or CareConnect Provider Web.
The Organization tab allows an administrative user to configure the overall agency profile. There are 4 sections: Profile, Setting, Notifications, Campaign Setting, and Log.
**Note: Some settings are only used for organizations that use CareControl along with CareConnect. If you are only using CareConnect, then please ignore these settings as they will not affect your CareConnect account.
1. Profile
Organization address and contact details. This is a preconfigured setting when starting CareConnect for each agency.
Select Edit to make changes and Save when complete.
2. Setting
- Parent Information Update Notification: toggle for parents to receive a notification when profile information is updated.

Eligibility: toggle to enable CDE and CDSS configurations.
- Print Notification: toggle to enable all users to receive an email notification upon any documents download in CareConnect.
- Document TimeStamp: toggle to depict if their AP providers’ timesheet will include a timestamp when the timesheet was printed.
- Import Provider Not Create PV Customer: toggle OFF to have a midnight job auto-create a CareConnect account once an email is entered in CareControl. Toggle ON to have the midnight job not auto-create a CareConnect account once an email is entered in CareControl.
- Not Send Welcome Notification After PV Customer Created: toggle OFF to send a welcome email after a midnight job auto-creates a CareConnect account. Toggle ON to not send a welcome email after the midnight job auto-creates a CareConnect account.
- Pin Code Reserve Day: set the number of days that you want a PIN to potentially appear again after clicking Re-PIN.
- Document Due Date: set the number of days that you want Documents to be received by (Due Date from today)
- Student Tag Configuration: toggle OFF to restrict users from creating new tags (can select from existing tags). Toggle ON to allow users to create new tags
- Student Data Check: toggle ON to force users to populate Student Profile eligiblity fields
- Student Data Eligibiltiy Check: toggle ON to force users to populate Eligibility > Student fields
- Family Data Eligibility Check: toggle ON to force users to populate Eligibility > Family fields
CareConnect Family
- CareConnect Family Application: toggle to enable the ability to invite parents to use the CareConnect Application as a Parent
- CareConnect Family Billing: toggle to enable the ability for parents to view their billing section in the CareConnect Application
- CareConnect Family Documents: toggle to enable the ability for parents to view their Documents section in the CareConnect Application
- CareConnect Family eForm: toggle to enable the ability for parents to view and fill their Forms section in the CareConnect Application (If your organization is actively using the Documents Module)
Family Document Notification
- Method: select the method in which you'd want your families to receive notifications

Document Past Due: toggle to enable notifications to be sent to families about Documents past due

**Submission Signature
- **Attendance Submission: toggle to enable provider digital submission.
- **Month-End Signatures: toggle to require provider and parent month-end signature.
- **Parent Verification: toggle to require the parent verification screen before being allowed to sign.
- **Provider Password Verification: toggle to enable password verification before submission.
- **Send Submission Document To CC3: toggle to enable providers to send documents to CC3.
- **Claim Invoice Amount Check: toggle to enable an invoice required before submission.
- **Claim Family Fee Check: toggle to enable the Fee Amount amount check before submission.
- **Agency Prohibit Early Claim Digital Submission Check: toggle to prevent providers from digitally submitting if the claim contains future attendance records.
- **Address Change Certification: toggle to have providers and parents verify their current address and phone before submission.
- **Additional Fees: toggle to enable an additional field for providers to enter other fees.
Dashboard
- Absent Type Selections: toggle to enable the ability to add absent types to absences
- Attendance time is over 12 hours: toggle for a warning icon and pop up to appear when entering times greater than 12 hours
- Family Fee Collection Method: When turned on, the Family Fee will be collected by the provider. If turned off, the Family Fee will be deducted by your Agency.
3. Notifications
Configure email notifications on a user level.
Select Edit to make changes and Save when complete.
4. **Campaign Setting
Configure email, phone, and address used in messaging campaigns.
Select Edit to make changes and Save when complete.
5. Log
Track changes made within the Administration configurations.
