Access CareConnect Provider mobile app (iOS and Android) or CareConnect Provider Web.
Instantly load scheduled hours into the attendance web grid for dates that have no existing attendance entry. Parents will receive a confirmation to accept the entry and provide a signature upon the next attendance event. This option is only available under the Monthly attendance view.
This feature will not overwrite dates that have existing attendance or absences, but will populate scheduled hours for each scheduled day for the selected site and month where no attendance exists if calendar dates are open. If the day has a partial check in such as an in entry but not an out entry, the day will not be loaded via this feature.
Batch Load Attendance
1. On the Attendance > Monthly page, populate the desired search month and filters to return roster children. Select the checkbox column to select ALL children, or select the individual checkbox on the row for each desired child. Only 1 site at a time may be selected for this option; do not select All Sites.
2. Select Group > Generate Attendance.
The page will refresh and a confirmation banner will appear in green at the bottom of the page. The attendance blocks will display the updated attendance counts:
3. The parent will receive a confirmation page for all dates at once when selecting to enter attendance at the next event:
The Signature column will display N in each Attendance > Daily view until the parent confirms. If the parent 'Skips' confirmation or no longer attends, retrieve signatures using the steps for How to Request or Reset the Parent Attendance Signature.
