Question:
I have a parent that does not like the PIN assigned to them, can I change it for that parent?
Answer:
PIN code is automatically generated when the parent or family contact is added/created. Currently, parents cannot change/customize their code. However, you can regenerate the PIN code for a parent by clicking on Re-Pin for that parent.
The information below helps you find where the Re-Pin button is located.
1. Click on the Student tab -> Select a specific student
2. Click on Re-Pin to generate a new PIN code for the parent.
The screen below shows a new code assigned to that parent.
