Can I download my tax documents or other forms through CareConnect?

Answer:

No, CareConnect is an online tool for accessing your children's Time Sheets and your Explanations of Payments. If you are in need of any tax documents such as a W2 or a 1099 form, you will need to contact your Child Care Agency directly for assistance with obtaining those forms.
