I want to use: Sign-In by Staff Requires PIN, or I want to Lock the Parent Kiosk, where can I find the staff PIN code?
Answer:
You can locate your PIN on both CareConnect Website and Mobile app in your Profile.
Website:
Click on your name at the top, and then click Profile. There you will find your Pin code!
Mobile App:
Tap on the three lines, then tap the pencil icon next to your name. There you will find your PIN code!
