Access CareConnect Provider mobile app (iOS and Android) or CareConnect Provider Web.

Question:

If I have turned on Sign-In by Staff Requires PIN, where can I find that PIN?

Answer:

You can locate your PIN on both CareConnect Web and Mobile under the Profile setting. 

Using CareConnect Web
* From your Profile at the top right corner --> Click to open the details --> Click to Profile
* You will be redirected to your Profile details to view your PIN

Using CareConnect Mobile

* From the Home page --> Click the 3 horizontal bars at the top left corner
* Click on the pencil icon to edit your Profile --> You will be redirected to your Profile to view your PIN
