If you need to change your Logon Name, please go to CareConnect's login page and follow these steps to change your Logon Name (email) on CareConnect. Changing logon credentials is only accessible on the CareConnect web and does not change your email with your connected agency. Remember to also contact your childcare agency(s) to let them know of any email changes.
- Log onto CareConnect with your current logon credentials
- Go to the Admin Module
- On the left side menu under Administration, click on Users
- Click the Name of the user you wish to change
- Click the button on the bottom left
- Change the Logon Name to the email address you wish to use
- Click the SAVE button on the bottom left
Once done, you can now log into your CareConnect account with your newly created login credentials.
*Changing your login email does not change your email with your connected childcare agency(s). Please contact your agency(s) to update them on any new email or contact changes for you or your families.*
