Access CareConnect Provider mobile app (iOS and Android) or CareConnect Provider Web.

Question:

I put a time in the wrong place on the Timesheet, how do you delete incorrect Timesheet entries?

Answer:

Inside your CareConnect Timesheet, each line has the ability to be completely deleted if you want to enter times for practice, or if you happen to put a time on the wrong line. To delete any information, you can press the X under the Actions column to fully delete the line, comments and all
