Timesheets create student files in your account with active schedules. When you no longer provider care, you will not get any more timesheets. To remove the student file, you will need to also end their schedule in the students file.
**If the student still has an active timesheet, please contact the agency to have it removed**
Website:
1. Open the Students Tab, click on the pencil icon next to the student's schedule.
2. Now you can add an end date, or click void to remove the student right away.
Mobile App:
1. Open the Students tab, tap on the name of the student you wish to remove.
2. Tap the profile icon located in the top right corner.
3. Scroll down to Schedules. Tap on the schedule you want to edit.
4. Add an end date, or tap void. Then tap Save.
**If the student still has an active timesheet, please contact the agency to have it removed**
