Is there training available for parents or guardians?

Answer:

When you use CareConnect, documents and outgoing communication will be sent to the parents and guardians who have enrolled children at your location(s). These outbound communications have all the steps the parents or guardians are expected to follow, already detailed on the pages they are sent!

Because of those built in steps, we do not offer a formal training for parents or guardians on their signature process. We do offer written guides that parents or guardians are encouraged to read, and can be found below:
