How do I create a CareConnect provider account?
- After a family is approved for subsidy care, the subsidy agency will create your account for you. You will be invited to access the account in an email that includes your login name and password. you can always reset the password by pressing "Forgot Password."
I do not see the invitation email
- Please check your email and spam folder for the sender "@MCTTechnology.com", if you do not find the invitation, you will need to reach out the the subsidy agency directly to learn about the status of your account.
