Access CareConnect Provider mobile app (iOS and Android) or CareConnect Provider Web.

How do I create a CareConnect account?

Answer:

If you are a Provider with a subsidy childcare Agency, in order to create an CareConnect account please contact your Child Care Agency directly. MCT Technology (CareConnect Team) is not authorized to create your CareConnect account, only assist with existing accounts.
