Question: The parents or guardians for children in my care cannot be reached, what should I do when signatures are required?
In the event you cannot reach parents or guardians for a signature on the Time Sheet, your first step should be to fully complete your Digital Invoicing submission.

Once your Digital Invoicing submission is completed, your Child Care Agency has received your attendance. They are only notified however when the parents or guardians sign the Time Sheet as well.
Because this Time Sheet cannot be completed without the parents or guardians, your Child Care Agency will need to direct you on the following steps required.
Each Child Care Agency may handle this process separately, please contact your Specialist directly for assistance in how to proceed, or for additional assistance with contacting the parents or guardians.
