If you would like to change your personal information in CareConnect, you can open your profile by tapping the menu, then your name at the top

In your profile, you can manage the following:

1. Profile Picture
2. First + Last Name
3. Job / Position Title
4. Language
5. Preferred Contact Method Order
6. Email Address
7. Cell Phone Number
8. Alternative Phone Number
9. Address
10. Password
