If your information on your profile needs to be updated or you need to provide more information in your profile you can edit your profile in your MyCareConnect App easily. Below are instructions on how to update your profile.

To update your profile sign in to the CareConnect Mobile App and click on the hamburger icon on the top left of the screen. 

Click on the Pencil Icon next to your name to open up your profile. 

You can now view your profile details on this page. To change something, click on the right arrow button. 

A pop-up will appear at the bottom of your screen where you can make your changes. To save and confirm your changes click the Done button. 

After you have made your changes click on the left arrow button to return to the home page.
