ChildFolio empowers teachers to capture and share meaningful moments with parents, enhancing communication and collaboration. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to add these moments:

In the Moments Module start by choosing the filter options that suit your needs. This helps you narrow down your search criteria.

After selecting your filters, click the "Search" button. This action will populate moments based on your chosen filter selections.

To add a new moment, simply click on the "+ Add" button.

A pop-up window will appear, providing you with several options.

You can upload photos and videos related to the moment you want to capture.

Include any relevant notes or tags to provide context and categorize the moment.

The class you previously selected based on your filter options will be displayed here and cannot be modified in this section.

Choose the students who were part of this moment. This step helps associate the moment with the right individuals.

If you wish to add individualized notes for each selected student, this is the stage to do it.

To assess specific skills related to this moment, click on the plus icon. You can select the desired skills and apply ratings if needed.

The current date and time will automatically appear, but you have the option to modify this information by tapping the calendar icon.

If you want to share this moment with parents, simply click on the white circle icon.

You have two choices:

- If you're not ready to submit the moment immediately, you can save it as a draft to submit later.

- When you're ready, click "Submit" to finalize and share the moment.

Once you submit the moment, parents (if shared) will be able to view it in their CareConnect Family application. Additionally, all moments will be conveniently recorded and accessible to you in the Moments Module, ensuring a comprehensive and organized record of your students' experiences.
