- How will parents be notified when documents become available for them to sign?
- CareConnect has automated notifications sent directly to a parent's email/SMS when specific actions occur:
New Document Sent – Notifies the parent when a new document has been sent to them.
Document Accepted – Notifies the parent when the Agency has accepted the submitted document.
Document Rejected – Notifies the parent when the Agency has rejected the submitted document.
Document Due Today – Reminds the parent that the document is due that day.
Document 10 Days Past Due – Notifies the parent that the document is 10 calendar days past its due date.

Can certain fields be marked as required?
Whether adding from the Public library or a custom form created by us for you, configurations do exist to prevent parents from submitting without filling out select items
Where does the Initial Subsidized Date pull from for the 9600?
This will be under Eligibility > Family > Initial Subsidized Service Date
Is there a fee to create custom forms for my agency?
The standard CareConnect license includes 50 customized forms by default, any over this limit will be charged depending on their level of complexity
