Update the Enroll Family From CareWait page to align with CW3
Updated Pilipino (Tagalog) in language field to Filipino/Tagalog
Changed the Child Language field from single-select to multi-select in CW3. CC4 will take the first selected value as the child language input.
Case Name
Increased Case Name capacity from 30 to 200 characters, enabling users to successfully create or enroll a Family even when the Contract Name exceeds the previous limit.
Provider Agreements
When adding a PV agreement from Family > Agreement, the current family will populate by default. The field will be editable for licensed providers.

Restored the Expiration Date field on the Provider Accreditation Status detail page and in the Accreditation Status list.

Payment Commit Validation
Added a confirmation warning to Operation > Commit and Operation > QA > Commit when the payment amount plus Registration Intent To Pay exceeds the RMR amount.

801A Report
Updated 801A exception validation to trigger the 801A exception when there are accented characters such as á, é, í, ó, ú, ý, ñ.
Updated 801A report for CCTR & CMIG, effective July 2026, to add 9 new columns at the very end to report dual language information.
Updated the 801A Family Fee logic. Currently, the maximum family size in the family fee table is 12. When the family size exceeds 12, we used to manually adjust it by changing the family size to 12 and setting the corresponding income to the value for a family size of 12. From now on, this process can be completed automatically.
801B Report
Updated Other Income Source (not TANF or CalWORKs) logic in the 801B report.
SPR Report
Updated the Subsidy End Date field in the SPR Report. The field will be left blank if the provider's end date is later than the last day of the report month; otherwise, display the provider's end date.

Task Config
Updated Care Expiration Task J0004 to include Child Name in the job results, and use the following default task content: Family ID ### Case ID ### has care schedule(s) ending: Care ID ### Child: ###.
