Family
Enroll Family from CareWait 3
Updated the Default Application List of Enroll Family from CW3:
Removed the Zip Code filter
Changed Request Date From/To filters to Submit Date From/To
Renamed Case Owner to Application Owner in both filters and result columns
Changed the Linked filter default value from N to All
Added new result columns: Submit Date, Enrollment Tag, Application Tag, and Apt #, Floor #, etc
Added default sorting by CPS/At Risk (ascending), then Rank CDSS (ascending), with tiebreakers by Exceptional Needs, Dual Language Learner, and Application Submit Date
Reordered existing filter and result column positions
Child Gender
Removed the requirement for child Gender when adding a new family, making the field optional and consistent with the child detail page.
Family Size
Added an Include in Family Size checkbox to the Child and Parents information in the Summary page and the Parents List tab.
Note Category
Changed the note category field in the Notes list advanced search to support multi-select.
Note Template
The note template and category will now be saved when creating a note. It will be visible under the note detail view and can be updated or cleared when editing.
❗Note: Historical notes created before this update will not display a template value.
Documents
Document Transfer
Added an Include Document Assignments checkbox for the following actions:
Batch assign Cases, Providers, Payments, and Payment QA Owners
Individually assign Payments and Payment QA Owners
When the checkbox is checked, the corresponding open documents will be reassigned from the original owner to the new owner.
❗Note: The reassignment doesn’t work for documents that are already in Sent, Accepted, or Voided status, as well as documents where the Assignee differs from the Assigned Owner.
Batch Assign Document
Removed Batch All Data option from all tabs in Document module to prevent accidental bulk assignment.
Reports
Added a new standard QA Report Duplicate Payments to identify duplicate normal (non-void) payments that have matching claim codes. For detailed information
