Need
Removed the mandatory requirement for the End Date field on Training and CalWorks Training Need types in Family Detail > Add/Edit Needs, as this validation is no longer necessary. This change helps reduce errors in the 801A exception report and improves system flexibility and user experience.
Warning
Added a warning banner in the step Authorize Care(s) > Add Care(s) when care exceeds PV operational hours in the Certify Case wizard, Recertify Case wizard and Authorize Care wizard.
Added validation logic to prevent Copy Care to Sibling, Change Care End Date, and Edit Care action when the provider status is not Active or Hold Payment, or when the care end date is later than the provider’s termination date. This update ensures care cannot be authorized or extended for terminated or on-hold providers, with error messages displayed prior to other validations like overlap checks.

Added a Received Date column before the Submit Date column on the Payment tab in the Provider and Family modules.
