Task Assignment added to Batch Assign/Change Owner
Added the function to reassign tasks when transferring cases, providers, payment owners or payment QA owners in batch operations and individual transfers.
Batch Transfer
Added Include Task Assignments checkbox (unchecked by default) to allow tasks associated to current owner to be transferred along with the entity to the new owner for four Workload Distribution Detail reports:
Family Case Workload Distribution (Detail)
Provider Workload Distribution (Detail)
Payment Workload Distribution (Detail)
Adjustment Workload Distribution (Detail)
Individual Transfer
Added Include Task Assignment checkbox (unchecked by default) to the following locations:
Family Detail > Case Detail > Change Owner
Provider Detail > Change Provider Owner
Payment Detail > Action
Assign To
Change QA Owner
*this action will assign payment tasks without an owner to the new payment owner

Document Name
When creating documents and generating new names, the Document Name, Printed Name, and Form Name will be limited to the following special characters: + - _ / : " ' # &
