Child

• Reorganized the layout of the Child Basic section.

  • Removed the Child SSN field from the Child Basic page. If your agency uses this field, it has been moved to the Child UDF tab.

    

• Added Child Status Reason to improve data integrity.

  • The Child Status reason and reason detail have been added to the Child Basic Info tab.

    

  • The Child Status reason and reason detail have been added to the Action > Change Child Status.

    

  • The Child Status reason and reason detail have been added to the Terminate Child Wizard > Termination Summary step.

    

  • Added Case/Child Status Reason in Admin > System Settings to populate the child status based on the case status.

    

  • When using the Terminate Case, Extend Termination, and Cancel Termination wizards, the child's status reason and reason detail will auto-populate to match the case statuses. 

Need Schedule

• Updated the schedule display logic so that travel and sleep time calculations do not split overnight periods, in order to prevent scheduling calculation errors. 

  

Report

• Added a new standard report Terminated Children Report that displays children terminated within a selected date range with the termination reason.
