• Per CDSS Child's Race and Child's Ethnicity, the 801A form no longer requires the Child Race and Child Ethnicity fields.

  • Removed child ethnicity and race error messages in 801A Exceptions report.

License Warning Notification

• Implemented new license monitoring to alert users during login when their organization's CareControl 4 subscription is nearing expiration, has expired, or exceeds the licensed user limit. 

Document Tag

• Optimized the logic of the document tag filter function by switching from fuzzy matching to exact matching.

  • i.e Previously, when searching for the certification, documents that were tagged as recertification would populate. 

    

Profile Layout

• Updated the user profile in the top navigation bar to now display the user's Display Name on the top line and their Logon Name on the bottom line.
