Payment

• The Scan Date is now also synchronized with Submit Date, in addition to Received Date. The Received Date will be updated if a payment is in New, Printed, or Returned status, and the Payment Status is manually changed to Received, or when a timesheet is scanned or submitted.

• Change the status from Partial Completed to Failed when none of the timesheet files are successfully recognized and validated.

System Setting

• Add a Case Specialist column to the Children Tab of the School Calendar Template to display the specialist of the case, following the hierarchy of Active, Request, Pending, then Terminated. If multiple cases with same status, use the one with the biggest Case ID. This allows users to download an Excel Report providing an at-a-glance overview of which FSS to contact for bell schedule updates for their enrolled children.
