Family and Provider

• After the family or provider review is approved, a notification will be issued once the review sheet has been generated. 

Document

• The Certificate of Enrollment (COE) can now include family and child names in the document name. This will need to be configured if your agency would like this format. Note that the maximum length for a CC4 Document name is 500 characters, while MCCN/CCN Document names are limited to 100 characters. Any excess characters will be automatically truncated.

• Disabled the Change Status action for Draft documents to prevent manual status modifications in order to avoid situations where users cannot open or download documents in CCN after manual status modifications.
