ChildFolio allows you to streamline your organization and enhance the accuracy of your reports by creating Rating Periods. These periods make it easier to categorize your moments and maintain precise records. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to add a Rating Period through the web portal:

 

Start by accessing the left-hand navigation menu. Within the menu, click on "Platform MGMT" under the "Settings" section.

In the dropdown menu that appears, choose "Classes."

 

To narrow down your selection, apply any necessary filters and click "Search."

 

In the "Action Section," locate and click on the calendar icon.

 

A pop-up window will emerge. Click on the "+Add" option.

 

Another pop-up window will appear, allowing you to input the rating period details. Enter the required information and then click "Save."

 

Once you've completed these steps and created the rating period, you can start adding moments to it as needed. This will help you maintain a well-organized record of your children's development and progress.
