When you create a Moment, there is an option to "Select template" and "Save as template". When there isn't any text in the Note field, you wont be able to save a template. Once text is inserted, you can save that text to use time and time again.

To use a template, you can choose "Select template" to load your templates and select them to be used. You can also put multiple templates into a Moment by selecting multiple templates

To delete a template, you can swipe it to the left, and then tap Delete

Once a template is created, you can use it for any future or past Moments!
