In the event that a child requires being transition to a classroom operating under a different framework in the middle of a rating period the following steps can be taken:

In the "Student Section," please navigate to the specific student you intend to transfer. Subsequently, select the desired student and initiate the action by clicking on "Edit Class."

A popup window will promptly materialize on your screen. Within this window, you will have the opportunity to designate both the site and class to which you intend to transfer the student. Should you wish to relocate the student along with their associated moments to the new classroom, select the "Remove" option.

ChildFolio will seamlessly execute the student's transition based on your specified preferences.

Upon completion of the transfer to the new classroom, it will be imperative for you to visit each of the student's moments pertaining to the relevant rating period and proceed to add each of the Skill Assessments desired.
