CareWait now enables sending enrollment offers to parents. Once a child is added to a vacancy from the waitlist, an enrollment offer will automatically appear in the Enrollment Smart List.
Initially, these offers are made in the "Draft Offer" status. To notify parents and make the offer visible in their account, the user must update the Enrollment Status to "Offer Sent."
This action will trigger both the parent notification and the appearance of the offer in their account.
The enrollment status can be changed in multiple ways.
1. Batch change the Enrollment Status from the Enrollment Smart List
Select the Offer you would like to update the status for. Then, select the change status button.
2. Change the status from the Enrollment ID
Click on the hyperlinked Enrollment ID from the Enrollment Smart List.
Then, scroll to the bottom of the page to change the status.
To Send an offer to a parent, change the enrollment status to "Offer Sent."
Follow the steps above to change the status to offer sent. This will send a notification to the parent that there is an offer waiting for them in their parent account.
The parent will be able to accept the offer by logging into their parent account and clicking the ACCEPT button on their home screen or in the enrollment tab. The enrollment tab will give them more details about the spot they have been offered.
You can also manually accept an offer on the parent's behalf by changing the enrollment status to "Offer Accepted."
