New

• A new feature has been added to allow for Document Editing in all Word Type documents. The previous display for saving Word Type documents has been changed to an Edit Button. Click this button to switch to Word Editing mode. From here, you can add or delete text from the document, change font type, and perform a variety of word processing tasks within the document. To access the annotation features previously available, click the Annotate/Sign button.

Update

• The Manual Entry field for Training Start Date and Training End Date is now available to view when adding Training type. This enables users to track if the parent has surpassed the 6 year limit for Training Needs. 

Reports

New

• A New Standard Report "Provider Capacity" is now available. This report can be used to track both the Capacity as listed in a providers License, and compare it against the total children enrolled with that Provider in a report month.
