Update

• The Connecting Month Rule for Extended Week has been updated. Now when the connecting month status is Received, QA, Authorized, or Processed and the amount is greater than 0, the previous month’s last week will be regarded as Extended Week. For example, if there are two payments for Feb and March. If Feb is calculated first, then the last week of Feb will be regarded as Partial Week, and the first week of March will be regarded as Extended Week. Oppositely, if March is calculated first, then the first week of March will be regarded as Partial Week, and the last week of Feb will be regarded as Extended Week.

Update

• “Change Due Date” is added as an Action to the Document Draft list and Pending List. Users are now allowed to change the due dates of multiple documents at once.

Reports

New

• "The Working Queues is Used by User report" indicates how many users are using the selected working queue. This report allows agencies to view which users are utilizing specific working queues. "The User Used Working Queue Count report" indicates how many working queues are used by selected users. It allows agencies to view which working queues, specific users, have added to their Home Module. "The Working Queue Usage Detail report" provides detailed information for the above two reports so agencies can get a bird's-eye view of working queue usage.
