Family
New
- Added Calculate Rate Only to Family Fee calculation, which now allows for manual entry of Income and Family Size to calculate the Family Fee for cases where you do not want the system to use the default family fee table.
- Added a new "Comments" column in the Needs and Needs Summary tab list. If the comment is long, the column will be cut off on the Needs list.
- The Family Fee Table in the Summary page is now displayed with two decimal places to have consistency in all areas where family fee is displayed.
- Members and Children are now required fields to prevent the adding of Cases that are missing information.
- Added a new filter in Enroll Queue in the +New Family From CareWait wizard to show which families are enrolled.
Payments
New
- Removed EW Calculation from Monthly Summary of Payable Tab because the daily E/W ratio is not applicable to the weekly/monthly total.
Fixed
- Fixed issue where Provider would be marked unpaid on days when both provider absence and child absence are selected.
- Provider Payment method now displays correctly on Reports and Export History.
