Agencies are now able to log in as a Parent or Providers to assist with any issues they may have with receiving and sending electronic documents in their respective CareConnect accounts.
To utilize this feature, the Agency staff must have the following:
- An active cloud account under your Agency
- Have the "Log In As" feature turned on by an MCT Team member
Contact support@mcttechnology.com if you do not have access to either above items.
To log in to CareConnect Family as a Parent:
- Access the CareConnect Family Login As a website
- Enter your Agency account credentials
- If you do not remember your password, you may use the Forgot Password to reset your cloud account
- Enter the username of whichever Parent's account you wish to login as
- The parent's account username may be either an email address or a 10-digit phone number
- Select Login As will direct you to the parent's CareConnect Family account
To login to CareConnect Provider as a Provider:
- Access the CareConnect Provider Login As a website
- Enter your Agency account credentials
- If you do not remember your password, you may use the Forgot Password to reset your cloud account
- Enter the username of whichever Provider's account you wish to login as
- Select Login As will direct you to the provider's CareConnect Provider account
