For each Timesheet you’ll see an area for Invoice and Family Fee.

**Not all Child Care Agencies require this section.**

Invoice:
Follow your agencies instructions to add an invoice amount. Often agencies use this field to record the total amount you are billing for care on this timesheet.
**This does not guarantee your final reimbursement. If your payment differs from the amount you entered, contact your agency.**

Family Fee:
Your agency will let you know if you need to collect a Family Fee from the parent. If so, please record the amount you collected and when. A suggested Family Fee might appear in the box to remind you how much is needed. Please record only the actual amount you collected.

**If you are not sure, please check with your child care Agency.**

1. Log in to the Mobile App and tap Timesheets

2. Select the Month

3. Tap on a Timesheet

4. In the Fee Amount area tap Edit

5. Enter the information needed by the Agency and click Save

You did it! Now you can add attendance and submit the Timesheet!
