Parents in a subsidy program will need to sign their timesheets at the end of the month:.

End of the Month Process:

1. The provider finalizes and signs the timesheet.
2. The parent receives an email/text with a link.
3. Parents can follow the link to see the timesheet and sign it.
4. Once signed, the timesheet is sent to the agency for processing.
5. The agency then sends payment to the provider.

**Parents do not need to record attendance on a timesheet, they only sign the timesheet at the end of the month**

**Parents do not need to “connect with the provider” or use the App to receive timesheets, they will be sent to the email and phone number that is on file with the agency**

How to Sign a Timesheet as a Parent:

1. You will get a text and email with a link to follow. Click the link to begin.

   

   2. You might need to verify your identity. If asked:

   Select a method (Email or Text) to receive the verification code, then click SEND VERIFICATION CODE:

   

   3. Get the code from your email or text messages, enter the code in the Input Verification Code box, then click VERIFY:

   

   4. Review the information, if there are any errors, please notify your childcare provider. If there are no errors, click Sign & Submit:

   

   5. Sign your full signature, check the box to certify that your attendance is accurate, then click SUBMIT:

   

   You did it! Now the timesheet will be sent to the agency automatically.

5. Firme con su firma completa usando su mouse si está en una computadora, o usando su dedo en un dispositivo de pantalla táctil → Marque la casilla para certificar que su atendencia es precisa → Seleccione “SOMETER” para completar el proceso de firma.
