As a subsidy provider, you will receive timesheets in your CareConnect account. To get paid by the agency:

After submission:

CareConnect will send an email and text message to the parent to confirm and sign the timesheet.
After the parent signs, CareConnect automatically sends the timesheet to your agency.
The agency reviews the timesheet and processes your payment.

**CareConnect does not handle payments. For questions about direct deposit or payment schedules, contact your agency.**

Submit Timesheets:

Tap Timesheets

Select the Month

Tap a Timesheet to open it

Tap the Action Menu

Tap Submit Attendance

Certify the Record

Sign the Timesheet

You did it! Now you can see the status change to "Ready for Parent," when the parent signs it will change again to "Submitted."
