When parents log into the mobile app and navigate to their child's application, they will discover the "Message" tab. This tab serves as a centralized hub for communication between parents and teachers. Here's how parents can effectively utilize this feature:
Login and Access Your Application: Once you have logged into the app, navigate to the home tab on the bottom left. Click on the Connection with which you wish to communicate with. After clicking on the connection, click into your application. This will allow you to see the contents of the application you submitted, as well as edit information
Accessing the Message Tab: Upon entering the application, parents can easily locate the "Message" tab within their child's profile. This tab serves as a gateway to initiate and engage in conversations with teachers.
Initiating a Message: Parents have the option to initiate a conversation with staff directly from the app. By typing in a new message, then clicking send, parents can communicate their queries, concerns, or feedback in real-time.
Viewing Staff Replies: Once inside the "Message" tab, parents can access staff public replies. These replies may include updates on application status, required documents, or general inquiries. This transparency fosters a collaborative environment between parents and staff.
Message Notifications: Parents will recieve a notification to their preferred method of contact of the message, along with appearing on the app. Please respond to the message directly on the app, or contact your agency directly for inquiries.
