**Access CareConnect mobile app (iOS and Android) or MyCareConnect Website**

    If you have a child care application, you can send messages to the school or agency in the MyCareConnect Mobile App. When they reply, you will get an email letting you know. To respond, use the App!

**The San Diego Central Eligibility List is not using this feature, please message them directly for questions**

Application Messaging:

Login to the MyCareConnect Mobile App, tap View Application

 

Tap Messaging at the bottom of the screen

You can send a message and see the responses below

Message Notifications: 

When you get a response, you will also get an email or text with the message. Use the MyCareConnect app to respond.
