**Access CareConnect mobile app (iOS and Android) or MyCareConnect Website**

    Your application for child care might need additional documents. To add documents, or to respond to a document request, you can use MyCareConnect Mobile App or the Website.

log in to MyCareConnect, click View Application: 

If you have a request, in the To Complete section, click on the button that says eForm to complete the form online:

If you want to upload more documents click the Upload button:

You did it! Now you can see all your documents in the Submitted section!
