Access CareConnect Family mobile app (iOS and Android) or CareConnect Family Web.

English:

The CareConnect App allows you to receive and respond to messages from your Provider or School.

To view and respond to messages you receive, login to the CareConnect app and navigate to the Message tab at the bottom portion of your screen. To download the app click here.

Tapping on Messages , you will be able to view and respond to messages from your Provider or School.

 

If you do not have a CareConnect account, the first time you receive a message from your Provider you will receive 2 emails:

1. Email invitation to create an account and download the CareConnect App
2. Email with the message content

Every time you receive a new message after, you will only receive the second email notifying you of the new message received. If you want to learn how to create an account after you receive the email invitation, please click here.

La aplicación CareConnect le permite recibir y responder a los mensajes de su proveedor o centro educativo.

Para ver y responder a los mensajes que ha recibido, inicie sesión en la aplicación CareConnect y vaya a la pestaña de Mensajes en la parte inferior de la pantalla. Para descargar la aplicación, haga clic aquí.

Al seleccionar Mensajes, podrá ver y responder a los mensajes de su Proveedor o Escuela.

Si no tiene una cuenta de CareConnect, la primera vez que reciba un mensaje de su proveedor recibirá dos correos electrónicos:

1. Invitación por correo electrónico para crear una cuenta y descargar la aplicación CareConnect
2. Correo electrónico con el detalle del mensaje

Cada vez que reciba un nuevo mensaje después, sólo recibirá el segundo correo electrónico que le notifica el nuevo mensaje recibido. Si quiere saber cómo crear una cuenta después de recibir la invitación por correo electrónico, haga clic aquí.
