To access your application or start a new one, visit: MyCareConnect: Campus Childcare

1. Create an Account
When you visit the site, you'll land on a page with helpful information about campus childcare. From there, you can either apply or register for an account.

• For Existing Applicants:
  If you’ve received an email to link your account, please create your account using the email associated with the notification. This will allow you to access your existing application.
• For New Applicants:
  If you do not have an existing application, simply click “Register and Apply” to create a new account and start your application. 
  
                                                                                                                                                            Once you reach the login screen, you will need to navigate to the "Create an Account" button. Once this is clicked, it will ask you to enter an email or a phone number. Next, Click the send button to receive a verification code. This will validate the email or phone number you have entered. Once you have entered your code, create a unique password for your account!                                                               
  

2. Start Your Application

To start your application, navigate to the "New Application" button. 

This will take you through a series of pages with information that Campus Child Care would like to collect to learn more about the children you are seeking care for. 

Simply, follow the directions as you go along. Any fields with a red asterisk* are required to proceed to the next page. 

Important Reminders: 

1. Campus Child Care would like to collect data on both parents in the family to account for Harvard affiliation if any on both parent accounts. If you happen to be a single-parent family, please indicate so on the first page. 

2. If you have been or are currently affiliated with Harvard University, you will have the opportunity to enter it in the HUID section. 

 

3. Harvard charges a $100 standard fee per child on the application. You will be able to pay your application fee at the end of your application. Please see "How to Pay My Application Fee"

If you believe you may qualify for a fee waiver, please indicate this in the fee section of your application. CCC will review your request and notify you once a decision has been made.

4. After you enter your child(ren)'s information, you can save your application as a draft, and return to it later!
