What is "Received Without Owner?"
"Received Without Owner" is a Document tab unique to the Documents module, which is where you will be able to find all documents that were submitted without anyone assigned to it. Since forms are automatically assigned when they are sent out from CC4, this set will all be digital documents that the family or provider uploaded from CareConnect to submit or any forms that they generated from CareConnect's form library and filled out. The documents will also be available from the family/provider's records in Received status, but we also recommend assigning a user to periodically check this tab in the Documents module to ensure none of these files are missed.
How do I download a document in different file formats? (Word, PDF)
A Download PDF and sometimes Download Word button will be available in the menu when previewing any single document. All documents can be changed into a PDF file, but only Word type documents, such as your Notices or Certificates, will have the option to be downloaded as Word (eForms will not show this option). Users can also batch download multiple forms at a time under Action -> Download and either utilize One by One to have each row be its own PDF or Merge to PDF to combine them all into a single file.
How do I update a document that has been signed manually?
When forms are filled out by paper and turned in physically, you will still have the option to keep record of this submission in the system through the use of the Upload File(s) button. After scanning the document into your computer system, select this option and choose the relevant file to have digital and physical documents all in the same location of the Family/Provider's record.
