Introducing CareWait 2.2! We've enhanced our interface to better accommodate both parents and staff for your enrollment requirements. Below, you'll find a rundown of the updates we've implemented in our system.
Parent MyCareConnect Interface
We're thrilled to announce significant enhancements to the parent side of our application process, designed to make applying for our services not just smoother but truly user-friendly. These updates not only streamline the application process but also shine a spotlight on the excellence of our agency's commitment to serving families with care and efficiency
Parent Landing Page
We've revamped your Parent landing page to enhance accessibility and showcase your agency's unique identity. Now, you can proudly display your logo in the top left corner, accompanied by a captivating background photo that complements your brand. These additions serve to emphasize your application instructions, providing a visually appealing and informative experience for parents before they apply
For agencies with sites, you'll also have access to either a "Find Locations" or "Find Childcare" feature, depending on your agency type.
NEW Parent Application
We've also revamped our parent applications to ensure a seamless process for applicants. The new application features a modern, clean interface, coupled with additional features aimed at enhancing your screening process
Parents now have access to a status bar that will be visible throughout the application so they can track their progress.
In the Parent section, addresses are now geotagged, ensuring precise location data captured by Google. This means there will be no room for error in the address details.
The system will easily calculate the family size by adding the number of adults and children the parent has entered into the previous sections of the application. If the circumstances of the household result in an inaccurate representation of family size, parents now have the option to enter the correct number in the box below.
Parents now also have the option to upload documents directly to their application such as Child Birth Records and Immunization Records.
At the end of the application, the parent will be able to add an E-signature and date acknowledging that the information in the application is correct and that they acknowledge they are applying to a waitlist.
The system has also been updated to deter parents from being able to submit duplicate applications. If a parent does attempt to submit a duplicate applications using the same phone number or email, a warning will appear.
Find Locations/Find Child Care
The "Find Locations" tab on our landing page is your gateway to exploring the diverse offerings across our various sites. It provides parents with a comprehensive overview of the services available, offering insight into what each site provides.
With the ability to filter sites based on specific criteria, such as services offered or proximity, parents can easily narrow down their search to find the perfect fit for their needs. Using the zip code search feature, locating nearby sites becomes effortless. Toggling through the geotagged map allows parents to easily view the sites in their preferred zipcode.
Moreover, the inclusion of logos, charming site pictures, and provider names adds a personal touch, helping parents envision the atmosphere and care provided at each location. Best of all, through CareWait, parents have the flexibility to update and manage all this information seamlessly, ensuring accuracy and relevance at all times
Provider Profiles
When you click into the provider profiles, you'll uncover a wealth of valuable information tailored to aid parents to find a site that best fits their needs. From vacancy status to precise map locations and essential contact details, each profile is a comprehensive resource at your fingertips.
Dive deeper to explore curriculum details, subsidy, and funding options, along with captivating pictures showcasing the provider's environment. Moreover, a quick scan reveals whether they have open spots available, ensuring you stay informed every step of the way.
CareWait Interface Updates
Provider Module
All information within these provider profiles is easily editable through your provider module, as mentioned previously. This means you have full control over updating details such as vacancies, ensuring accuracy and relevance at all times.
Note: Access to the provider module will only be given to agencies with sites.
Once you click into your provider module, we have added some infographics and data for your marketing needs.
Parent's Needs
The "Parents Needs" section has been relocated from the "Family" section in the detailed application to a dedicated space under "Parents A & B". This adjustment aims to enhance clarity and accessibility, ensuring that parental requirements are readily apparent and easily accessible.

Sending Documents Directly to Parent
You can now send documents for parents to fill out directly from CareWait. To select documents for sending to the parent, navigate to the "Documents" tab on the detailed application page and proceed to the "Configuration" section. From there, simply check the boxes next to the documents you wish to transmit.
These selected documents will then appear in the parent's MyCareConnect dashboard under the "To Complete" status.
Child Points
Per agency request, our system is now able to add in child points to the detailed application page. You will be able to add, calculate, and configure child points based off of agency needs.
This innovative tool empowers users with a comprehensive framework to assess and document individual child scores according to specified criteria. By offering a visualized representation of these evaluations, "Child Points" simplifies the task of categorizing and monitoring children.
