Keep your public profile availability updated so parents see the latest information about your child care center. CareConnect requires updates every 30 days, but your organization might need them more often.

 

Log in to CareConnect Provider. Click the Marketing tab, click the Public Profile section.

 

Click the Site. 

 

Click the Availability tab. Change the Availability if needed.

 

Click SAVE to update your Public Profile.
