CareWait's Enrolled Children Smartlist allows users to easily view and manage all children's statuses and their corresponding applications. This allows users easy access to manage children and applications that might get lost in the Queue.
In the Enrolled Children Smartlist, you are able to view the entire list of all Enrolled, Active and Inactive Children. In this list, you can also Batch Action to change the application status, assign it to a queue and even send messages to parents.
How to Access the Enrolled Children Smartlist
To Access the Enrolled Children Smartlist, head over to the Application module, and under the "Children Smart List" select Enrolled Children, on the left side menu.
Once in the "Enrolled Children" List, you may filter it out by the "Application Status" and the "All Children Status" (the status the child is currently in).
To view, the children that are currently in a Queue set the "Application Status" to Lock.
(The lock status is applied when the application enters a Queue)
To view the "Active Children" that are currently in a Queue, select the "Application Status" to Lock and the "All Children Status" to Have Active Children.
From there select RUN and your list will appear.
How to Batch Action on the Enrolled Children Smartlist
Once you have filtered out your list to your liking, you can choose your Batch Actions.
You are able to Batch Action Send Messages to parents directly from this list. To send a message, select all or certain applications. From there head over to the "Send Message" Button on the top right corner. You are able to send a message to the parent's email or text in their preferred language.
You are also able to Batch Action Change the Status of the application directly from this list. Select all or certain applications. From there head over to the "Change Status" Button on the top right corner. Select the status you would like to change for the applications.
Lastly, you may Batch Action "Add to Queue, Assign to and Batch Tag" these applications, directly from this list. Select all or certain applications. From there head over to the "Actions" Button on the top right corner. Select the Actions you would to change for the selected applications.
