When I logged into my account, my connection disappeared. How can I get a new invite to view my connection again?
Answer:
If your connection is no longer on your MyCareConnect account, reach out to your agency or provider to reinvite you.
Once you have been reinvited, you can update your connections on MyCareConnect. Please refer to the guide MyCareConnect - Update Connections.
