After downloading the CareConnect App, how do I create an account?
You may contact your agency for an invitation code to join CareConnect. After your agency sends you an invitation you will be notified either by email or text.
If you previously use FamilyPortal, then you can use the same login information to log in to CareConnect. If you cannot log in with your FamilyPortal information please reach out to your childcare agency and make sure your email and phone number is up to date. Then, request an invitation to connect your account.
