What is the difference between Documents and Forms?
Answer:
Documents are those sent to you specifically from your childcare Agency. You may view the documents in your account under the Received tab or To Complete tab together with an option to complete it electronically to submit back to your childcare Agency.
- In the Received tab, you will see a list of all documents received with the newest one listed at the very top. If there are documents you have received electronically in the past from your childcare Agency in your CareConnect account, simply scroll down the list to find them.
- In the To Complete tab, you will see a list of the pending documents for your completion and submission back to the Agency.
Forms are those that were sent to you specifically, but standard forms are made available to all families at all times. You may select any forms in the list in the Forms tab to submit electronically to your childcare Agency without waiting for them to first send the document to your CareConnect Family account.
