Question: Why can't I see my application on the app?
Answer: When an application is submitted, an invitation to CareConnect is sent to your preferred contact method (E-mail or SMS). This notification includes an Invite "link" to the application to set up your new CareConnect account. This "link" only lasts for 14 days. If 14 days pass, and you have not set up your CareConnect account, a new link will need to be sent out by your Agency. You will need to contact your childcare agency directly to resend the link.
