Access CareConnect Family mobile app (iOS and Android) or CareConnect Family Web.
If your application is closed, you are unable to change the application status on your own. You will need to contact the childcare agency you applied with to reopen your application. To do so you may contact your agency through the communications tab on CareConnect Family.
A. Accessing CareConnect Family using a computer (desktop/laptop)
Step 1 - Log into your CareConnect Family Account --> click on Applications --> Click on the Application ID
Step 2 - Click on the Communications Tab --> Type in your message to the agency --> Click on Send
Step 3 - If your message was successfully submitted, it will appear at the bottom with a date and time stamp.
B. Accessing via the CareConnect FamilyApp

Step 1 - Select your child care application connection under the My Connections section -- > Select your Application
Step 3 - Select the Communication Tab --> Type in your message --> Click Send
Step 3 - If your message was successfully submitted, it will appear at the bottom with a date and time stamp.
