How to Create a Queue:

1. Go to the Queue module.

2. Choose to Child Queue or Application Queue. A child queue will pull individual children whereas an application queue will pull applications.

3. Click +Add New.

4. Fill in the Queue details:

   a. Name: Give the queue a name

   b. Capacity: This is how many vacancies you are trying to fill. The determines the 'Pull' quantity configured in your CareWait settings.

   c. Exclusive Checkbox: If checked this means that all the applications that are pulled will be exclusive to this queue. If you are working with multiple queues, this application will only be pulled into this queue.

   d. Queue Status: When creating a new Queue, choose Active status.

5. Make sure to click the green SAVE button on the bottom left.

How to Access a Queue:

2. Choose Child Queue or Application Queue.

3. Click the name of the queue you wish to access.
