Step by Step Setup:
In order to prepare your account for recording Heatlh Checks, there are a couple required setup steps:
A. Activities Type

Start by accessing the Admin Module → Attendance → Activities Type

To add a new activity type → Select New and fill out:

Activities Type: This is the full name for the activity type

Display Name: This is the name of the activity type that will be visible to all users. Display Name can be a short name or code, or the same as the full activity type name

Description: Add any details or notes to the activity type as needed

Select Save when complete

To modify an existing attendance type → Select the Activity Name
- Once added or updated, the Activities Type is available for usage immediately in the Attendance Module or in mSign for all staffs and teachers.
- To order how the Activities Type are displayed for all staffs and teachers → Order
B. Recording on mSign
Through the Group Attendance Menu, once you select your students, you can press Signature at the bottom. A new menu will open and you will see the Attendance options, followed by your pre-set Activities. You can then tap on as many or as few Activities as you would like to record

Alternatively you can record Activites one student at a time through the Students tab. Pressing the Orange Clock icon will open their unique attendance page where you can select as many or as few Activities as you would like to record
